- Furnace cleaning: AC coil, heat exchanger, blower box and blower
- Disinfection of the whole system

Add dryer vent cleaning for $35 instead of $70 (50% off) when booked with residential furnace and air duct cleaning. Air filter replacement and HRV cleaning are also available as add-ons. Mention them in your quote request and we’ll include them in your price.
What to tell us when you request a quote
Your approximate square footage, including the basement, is a helpful starting point. Let us know if you have more than one furnace, a condo or townhouse, or specific access concerns. You can share these details in the optional message or discuss them when we call.
